Taking Steps Towards Better Fuel Efficiency With 771 HHO Generator

HHO Generator to Reservoir Connections CompleteHemet California July 15, 2011

Day 3 of our HHO Gas Generator Install, and in an effort to get the best increase in our fuel efficiency for our 2006 Chevy HHR we opted for the 771 HHO Generator. A hybrid cell that we got from hhokitsdirect.com that has an HHO output of 2.5 to 3 Lpm (liters per minute) which is perfect for our little 2.4L Turbo.

Yes, I said Day 3… For most people, doing an install can either be a single day’s install or a weekend project.  In our case we don’t have that kind of “Free Time” with three kids, swim lessons and a partridge in a pair tree.  For us the best time to work on the project is around dinner or at night when kids are asleep.  Constant interruptions during the day, plus the 95 to 110 degree desert heat… just don’t make for pleasant working conditions.  Lastly, this is the only vehicle my folks have.  So every time we take it apart we have to put it back together so it can drive for an errand or something  just so we can take it apart again to work on it. All in all, I’m projecting that the actual install from start to a fully running HHO Hybrid vehicle finish might take us a week… maybe two since we are waiting for our replacement volt meter to come in the mail. But let’s talk hours… We’ve managed to do about 4 hours of work on the car and we couldn’t be more excited. :)

As you can see, if you click on the picture, there isn’t a lot of room left now that the HHO Generator is bolted in place.  So it’s a good thing we didn’t get HHO greedy and go for the next model size up or we’d be in trouble. After we get our HHO Gas Generator Kit all hooked up and running the way it should… if things go well, we will use the money we save on gas to purchase another 771 HHO Generator and piggy back it on to the system we’re installing now, saving us even more gas, giving us a little extra horsepower, and making our HHR even MORE fuel efficient.

In the picture you can see a hose leading up to the water reservoir from the top of the  HHO Generator. That hose will be sending HHO Gas to the Reservoir, and from the Reservoir the gas will go to the Bubbler you can see at the top left of the picture. We taped the tops of the Bubbler and the Reservoir to keep dust, and dirt out of them.  From the bottom of the HHO Generator you can see another set of hoses. The hoses merge together and attach to the bottom of the water Reservoir allowing water to naturally feed into the HHO Generator.
